Terms of Service
1. Scope of Application: These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the RESIDEXA platform, an intelligent system based on Artificial Intelligence designed exclusively for the optimization and automation of immigration law management. The services are directed solely and exclusively to professionals, law firms, and agencies (B2B), strictly excluding contracting by final consumers.
2. Use of the Platform and License: RESIDEXA grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with the contracted plan. The user agrees not to make improper use of the system, nor to attempt to access the source code or decompile the software.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual and industrial property rights over the RESIDEXA platform, its code, design, algorithms, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of RESIDEXA Systems. Its reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability (Exclusion of Legal Advice): The user accepts and acknowledges that RESIDEXA is a technological tool for automated assistance and operational support. The analyzes, suggestions, and documents generated by Artificial Intelligence do not constitute, under any circumstances, a formal or binding legal advice service. The final review of each file and the legal responsibility for the procedures carried out rest exclusively with the professional, lawyer, or agent using the platform.
5. Data Protection and Security: The treatment of personal data introduced into the platform is strictly governed by the provisions of our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
6. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by publication on this website.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy that may arise in relation to the use of the platform, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
1. Ámbito de Aplicación
Los presentes Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso y uso de la plataforma RESIDEXA, un sistema inteligente basado en Inteligencia Artificial diseñado exclusivamente para la optimización y automatización de la gestión de extranjería. Los servicios se dirigen única y exclusivamente a profesionales, despachos de abogados y gestorías (B2B), quedando excluida la contratación por parte de consumidores finales.
2. Uso de la Plataforma y Licencia
RESIDEXA concede al usuario una licencia de uso limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para utilizar la plataforma de acuerdo con el plan contratado. El usuario se compromete a no realizar un uso indebido del sistema, no intentar acceder al código fuente ni descompilar el software.
3. Propiedad Intelectual
Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial sobre la plataforma RESIDEXA, su código, diseño, algoritmos, marcas y logotipos son propiedad exclusiva de RESIDEXA Systems. Queda estrictamente prohibida su reproducción o distribución sin autorización previa.
4. Limitación de Responsabilidad (Exclusión de Asesoramiento Legal)
El usuario acepta y reconoce que RESIDEXA es una herramienta tecnológica de asistencia automatizada y soporte operativo. Los análisis, sugerencias y documentos generados por la Inteligencia Artificial no constituyen, en ningún caso, un servicio de asesoramiento legal formal o vinculante. La revisión final de cada expediente y la responsabilidad legal sobre las gestiones realizadas recaen exclusivamente en el profesional, abogado o gestor que utiliza la plataforma.
5. Protección de Datos y Seguridad
El tratamiento de los datos personales introducidos en la plataforma se rige estrictamente por lo dispuesto en nuestra Política de Privacidad y de conformidad con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) de la Unión Europea.
6. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar los presentes Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Los cambios se notificarán a través de la plataforma o mediante publicación en esta página web.
7. Legislación Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Los presentes Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia que pueda surgir en relación con el uso de la plataforma, las partes se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Palma de Mallorca, España, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.
